Chiboki: Golden Apple

Authentic Choboki, curated by Smushberry specifically for Choboki’s signature extra-thick Vaseline. I genuinely cannot even procure Vaseline this thick for my own squishies, and I have yet to find another company that can replicate its density. It’s exactly why Choboki’s Vaseline remains unmatched for me—imitations simply have not compared.

Golden Apple is filled with an incredibly thick, crystal-clear amber Vaseline that looks just like fresh-pressed apple juice, with large, beautiful pieces of fruit suspended throughout. The fruit pieces are hard, creating the most unique sensation as they slowly slide past your fingers through the dense Vaseline and gently clink against one another.

The skin on this one is very thick, so despite the hard fruit pieces inside, they are well protected from puncturing through the skin. The combination of that substantial skin, ultra-dense Vaseline, and solid fruit makes this such an unusual and satisfying texture.

And I really wish biting this sounded like biting into a Martinelli’s apple juice bottle. (Which, by the way, the new bottle design does NOT make the sound. Such a tragedy.)

⚠️ TEXTURE ADVISORY:
Although the thick skin provides excellent protection from the hard fruit pieces inside, please be mindful of the plug and seal. Always squeeze slowly and gently, and do not pull, pinch, twist, or dig into the skin. Concentrated pulling or pressure around the plug can weaken the seal and cause it to come undone.

For reference, I’ve had one of these for a year and a half and it is still in amazing condition. With gentle squeezing and proper care, this is an incredibly durable squishy.
